¿Quiénes somos?

La historia

GaliSepsis es nuestra aportación a la formación y actualización en el diagnóstico y manejo de la sepsis.
Inicialmente surgió con el formato de reunión de expertos, celebrándose la primera edición en 2013, en Santiago de Compostela. A partir de 2019, cambiamos la sede a Ourense, y aumentamos el número de sesiones para convertir la reunión en un curso donde se revisan no sólo las últimas novedades sino también todos aquellos conceptos, quizás más básicos, pero fundamentales para tratar adecuadamente a estos pacientes.
Debido a la pandemia COVID-19 tuvimos que suspender la edición de 2020, y la de 2021 se celebró online.
Desde la primera edición, GaliSepsis destaca por su multidisciplinaridad y por la participación de expertos que aportan el punto de vista de diferentes especialidades.
En 2022 volvimos al formato presencial y así esperamos seguir muchos años, juntando en Ourense a grandes expertos y a médicos con ganas de profundizar en esta patología.
